The burrito was amazing. The owner put out blankets for us to lie on while we ate. Certainly a different food truck experience- the service and freshness of the food was amazing. Will return. :)

I recently dined at this incredible women-owned Colombian fusion restaurant, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish . As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, beautiful smile from Kimberly herself—the owner whose passion for hospitality shines through in every detail . Her genuine welcome set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The menu is a creative celebration of Colombian classics with innovative Latin influence . I started with the empanadas, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and bursting with savory, well-seasoned filling inside—hands down some of the best I’ve ever had . The standout, though, was the Ropa Vieja: tender, slow-cooked beef infused with bold flavors and fused elements that elevated it to something truly special . Each bite introduced a euphoria of flavors—rich, vibrant, and layered in a way that kept me savoring every moment . The service was amazing throughout; attentive without being intrusive, and the staff’s knowledge of the dishes made recommendations spot-on . In a sea of generic eateries, this spot stands out as a heartfelt, women-led triumph . If you’re craving authentic Colombian soul with a fresh fusion edge, run—don’t walk—here!

I hired Maravilla to bring their food truck and cater my Anniversary Party. I was absolutely blown away with their level of service! They went above and beyond to create a beautiful display and care for my guests. I had some extra decorations and didn't know what to do with them and one of the owners Kimberly was incredibly kind and a party genius. She made the most out of the decorations and truly pulled the entire party together. On top of that her and her staff made every person she interacted with feel special, each plate of food was made specifically for each guest with all their specific requests. They accommodated for different allergies and diets giving options for all! My guests all cleared their plates and ate every bite of their meals!

OMG.....the food on this truck is DELICIOUS!!!! The spices and marinades are just soooo flavorful, and in addition to the food being awesome, (and they have GREAT veggie / vegan choices in addition to meat) they are THE NICEST people. Just absolutely generous, kind, thoughtful people running the truck. I discovered them as part of the free World Kitchen vendors feeding the fire victims, and I am sooo glad I did. A slightly different twist on Mexican food....sooooo delicous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As tasty as what you would find in Mexico, and that is saying a LOT !!!!!

The best beef and chicken empanadas I ever had! I tried at the Riot Games event and it was so delicious. Highly recommend to follow 1st/4th wk in SM.

I love Maravilla! As a vegetarian I have been on the hunt for an authentic and delicious Colombian empanada. They did not disappoint with their vegan soyrizo empanada. I am absolutely obsessed. The service was also amazing!

Best nostalgic feeling when I received my wedding photos from 2 months ago. Choosing Maravilla Latin Cuisine to cater our wedding added to the magic of it all. Best choice ever ! We can still hear all of our family and friends chat about how delicious the food was. After frantically searching for the perfect food truck Kimberly made the entire process an ease from the very first call. We knew their adorable little food truck was photogenic but didn't expect how well it looked in person as well. My husband and I were delighted to know that there were vendors out there who cared more about clients than simply getting the job done. If you are looking to get your money's worth, with caring customer service, excellent presentation, AND delicious savory food, I cannot stress enough what a special touch Maravilla Latin Cuisine will give your event. Had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly at an event she was catering. Her food is beyond delicious. I had the Ropa Vieja and wiped the plate clean. Not only is the food amazing, the owner is clearly passionate about her craft and that beams through her smile! Honestly, best catered food I’ve had. This is definitely high quality food and great service.
